Returns Policy
Refunds or exchange:
If when you receive your ComfyClogs you decide for any reason that you don't want them (or if they are the wrong size) you can return them for a refund or exchange them for an other pair.
Please contact us within seven days after receiving the goods to let us know if you want a refund or an exchange. In case of an exchange, please include a cheque of £ 4.00 for postage. For a refund you don't need to send a cheque, just send us back the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged Goods:
If the ComfyClogs have been damaged by the postal service, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement. Please return the damaged pair and we will extract compensation from the post office and reimburse your postage.
